    I have come across other sources of info on this-
    yes really bad working conditions, and,
    at least some of the workers are trucked-in from from distant villages and are working at the point of a gun.

    A few dollars a day is bad enough, but in some cases it is indeed slave labor.

    Here, they call it -'saving the planet.'
