Who knows, Biden may one day stumble into a statement of great truth--but I doubt this is it.

    I don't think I could sit down and discuss my tax situation with an IRS agent wearing a gun. This is way off the reservation.

    Doesn't say much for the "old neighborhood" where Biden claims he picked up the phrase he "paraphrased."
