- 1Posted by Non_mooching_artist 11 years, 2 months agoThe problem is the per existing contracts with different manufacturers. A co can't just say, I'm no longer honoring contracts from xyz state. They literally have contractual obligations to fulfill with different suppliers. There's no going around it. I know.| Permalink
