I am sure you would have given up on General Washington as well. Every case that went to the Supreme Court was ruled against untill it wasn’t by that final option.
Fact, the judge the ruled against Lake went against AZ state law. Also a fact, nothing has been done to him as a consequence for that miscarriage of justice. How many things just like this are we seeing coast to coast? The law doesn't suit us, lets just ignore it and let judge so-and-so cover our asses.
The only way not be on the bench is to fixate on the intricacies of what is hoped to be more than a fallacy.
I want these fu*ors strung up not fired and jailed. Until that time, if it ever comes, they will continue to degrade this nation in every conceivable way, starve its people, and murder and sterilize at will, dumb down the population, confuse boys into thinking their girls and girls into thinking they are boys, while we sit cowed in silence out of a sense of lawfulness and, dare I say, fear of reprisal (since they have proven to go after those who disagree or put up a challenge to their usurpation.Hobbs openly threatened towns to certify the election results and is seeking $33K in damages against Lake).
I've done more than my share and for far longer than 2-3 years. It's time for the water carriers, all those who told me repeatedly I was reading too much into things, over dramatizing things, and was crack pot, to do the heavy lifting because, frankly, I'm no longer convinced that they are worth the torment of doing it for them.
The ONLY people that matter to me, that made the fight endurable, thought and think I’m an overzealous crackpot whose delusions are manifest in what I wrote, a Don Quixote chasing windmills if you would. For my offspring to tell me the constitution is antiquated and needs to be changed or discarded and that capitalism has failed, after my efforts to teach for many years, vaporizes my desire to fight the good fight.
Some lessons must be experienced. Some folks simply refuse the benefit of wisdom.

I'm waiting for a lawsuit for First Amendment violations by the FBI, CDC and White House are in order. This will need to go to SCOTUS, and could put the kabash on this in the future with a SCOTUS precedent. That along with Section 230 challenges could be quite an event. Of course if Section 230 goes away, expect firearm manufacturer liability to return.
