Living in Eastern Washington for 30 years with 300 days of sunshine a year. Now, in S. Arizona with even more sun. The insanity of covid lockdowns and the 'stay home stay safe' never entered my brain ... pure lunacy. Heading out for some fresh air, sunshine and a five-mile run. It turns out that living a healthy lifestyle doesn't have to cost a lot. Cheers.

Yes! What was also interesting was that even on it was known that salty sea air is (and always has been) damaging to airborne virii. And yet the CDC was telling people NOT to go to the beaches (sun + saltwater) - especially in Florida!!! Criminal.

With the new recommendations for people to get YET ANOTHER booster - NOTHING will convince me that they are not literally attempting to kill as many people as possible.

Of course they are. They have already admitted that their goal is to depopulate the earth down to a "sustainable" 500 million people. That means killing >80% of the existing people on the planet. These people are pure evil.

They are indeed evil. The strange thing is that EVEN though they have stated their purpose, almost no one believes them. It's almost like no one even said anything.

I saw this on Gateway Pundit earlier, downloaded the paper from the link, but it was written all over with color pens and asterisks.

blarman's link gave a good version of the paper. Thanks.

The paper is hard to read. Unclear at least to me as to what is a 'dose'. It varies from a daily amount to an accumulated amount over several days.
Well anyway, much the same conclusions have been reached by other studies over the past two years.

There is a related story now current:
Federal Gov Sues Doctor For $500 Billion For Being Right About Covid Vaccines And Alternative Treatments
Dr. Eric Nepute could be fined $500 billion by the federal government for having his patients take vitamin D3 and Zinc during the Covid pandemic.

    https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2022...

Another case of the size of the proposed fine is so enormous that Deepstate is running scared that dangerous truth is getting out-
    -- shock horror-
patients with a virus are told to take Vitamin D and zinc supplements..

Most experts agree that it takes about 15 minutes exposure to the sun for a normal person to generate a daily dose of vitamin D. If one also walks a mile in that time, one strengthens their heart at the same time. Simple, cheap, and highly effective!

Interesting. I am just watching a 2-hour class on Harnessing the Power of Nutrients....the current section he's presenting features Vitamin D.

This is done by my IRL friend Chris Masterjohn, Ph.D. I knew him when he was still in grad school, getting ready to head off for his Doctorate!

"A St. Louis-area chiropractor is accused of continuing to deceptively market products, saying they could treat or prevent COVID-19, even though he agreed to stop doing so in a consent order he signed."
The doctor is a chiropractor not a MD. Even though he may be able support his claims he is likely outside of the practice act. At worst he may lose his license to practice.

The challenge is that "Standard of Care" gets squishy.

And they go after ONLY the doctors NOT harming people, but HURTING Agendas/Profits...

Dr. Burzynski has a TREATMENT for glioblastoma. But he is constantly attacked and NO Patients have ever complained.

Oh, his treatment is non-toxic, and he doesn't make promises.

        This is all crap.

I know a MI doctor who had his site pulled, and he did NOTHING but see/help his patients, and vitamin D3 was a HUGE part. As was Hydrogen Peroxide and Lugols (Nebulized).

What happened to do no harm!

Okay for Big Pharma to make money HURTING people. But, step on that goose, and get a date with a noose!

Just saw that currently 58% of the Covid deaths are fully vaccinated.

I've read several studies that the best zinc supplement is zinc acetate.

I wonder how many people could have been saved if the government have just kept their fingers out of the pie in the first place?

If government had allowed "alternate treatments" instead of mandating ventilators (80% death rate) or remdesivir (50% death rate), they could have successfully treated better than 90% of even full case patients. Government CAUSED the poor response to COVID. (And likely caused COVID itself...)

Daily sunshine might be more effective than supplements.

Anyone living North or South of the major tropics is going to have trouble with that in the case of D. That's a lotta people. Also people with more melanin in their skin have some difficulty absorbing Vitamin D from sunshine. ETA: Not that it's bad to try. It's just not always achievable. Here I am in Texas and we're having the next four-five days overcast, with little sun in sight.

Even in overcast you can get what you need, it may take just a few more minutes. Overcast doesn't usually do much to stop UV-B rays, which is what are used for Vitamin D. (It's also the same reason you can still get a bad sunburn on an overcast day.)

I have never been able to get enough D. I realize I am not special, but in winter I am COVERED UP. No D is getting through that…..not even in Texas. Just as with all other things, there’s what “can” happen and what does actually happen.

If you live in mostly overcast areas and/or have darker skin, get plenty of D3 supplements. Best to get the D3/K2 combo, esp if you take 30,000 - 40,000 IU daily. Get capsules with at least 5000 IU each.
