Midterms: The Swamp strikes back

Excerpt:
"f only the US could afford to use paper and pens instead of machines, it would all have been finished. Welcome to Dystopia-World, where the real battle is the struggle to get legal votes counted in the richest nation on Earth. The Arizona slow-roll debacle should have the people in the streets…

Meanwhile, the Democrats don’t want to face Donald Trump again, but they are not the only ones. “The list of people lining up against Trump right now is simply an indicator of how large of a threat he remains to the globalist elite.” says Jenna Ellis.

Steven Mosher makes the case that it’s not Trump but the McLeadership of the Republicans who are to blame for any midterm results. Most of the Senate and House Republican campaigns were not run by Trump, but by the McLeaders — Mitch McConnell, Kevin McCarthy, and Ronna Romney McDaniel

Speaking of McConnell, there are shipping-lanes of connections between Mitch McConnell and China. Just in case anyone has forgotten what a deep swamp the core of US politics is, ponder that there is also one foreign communist government that would be especially happy if Trump doesn’t run in 2024. How much influence does it have over media moguls, tech giants and Mitch McConnell?"

Thanks for posting this, FFA! I needed to see this in print - McLeadership indeed! I don't see an escape when there are saboteurs high up in the GOP coupled up with the Neo Communist cheat machine. When I watch the MSMM it does seem obvious they'd rather face DeSantis than Trump and may actually be grooming the GOP to pick DeSantis. I do like DeSantis, though, and wouldn't mind a Trump/DeSantis ticket. I'm realizing McConnell is not America's friend.

Only one of the GOP in DC is clearly a friend of liberty. Rand Paul.
The rest appear to be owned by the Deep State.

I certainly don't know all the reps in DC, but from what I've seen it looks like you have right.

They would never have been nominated or supported by the GOP if they weren't controllable.
That is the primary reason that voting is not a solution for anything and regardless of campaign promises, individual freedoms are never restored.
We need to have only a one term congress with no funds or time wasted on re-elections.
Strict limits of $1 per constituent on campaign spending with no funding allowed outside donations from constituent human beings.
The more experience the congresscritters have in politics, the worse they are for the People.
Scale back the power of the federal government to only the powers explicitly mentioned in the constitution and strictly limited by the Bill of Rights.
The People will not get these limits easily or peacefully - except perhaps by secession, which is also unlikely given the power madness exhibited by the federal government.

Power madness. FFA you have the perfect phrase to describe our "elected" officials and our non-elected dictators. There is no known cure for that madness. Once it takes hold...

We vote with paper and pens here in Alabama. There's even an option of voting on your feet or sitting at a table.
Using a cane for a foot that became deformed before blood flow was corrected with a stint and a knee that still hurts on the unaffected leg, me old dino (with a handicapped sticker for my car) opted to sit.
Relaxed at a table last Tuesday, I carefully read each statewide bill before I decided to vote yay or nay by completely filling in a circle.
I suppose a donkey state would call that beat the cheat method primitive. I even had to show my driver's license before I could receive a ballot.
Oh, how racist! I had to show that I.D. to a black woman. Hardee-har-har!

No matter who runs, they still avoid telling people the truth, about CO2 lies, about vax lies, about New World Order totalitarianism, about Soros controlling our border, Bien policy and funding the leader of Ukraine into power. Biden shut down the pipeline, and said he would end the Russia pipeline, no matter who it hurt, Yet Repubicans never hold anyone to the fire. Trump never connected teh Green New Deal to UN Agenda 21 as one and the same. He had awful advisors. Pence let the Obama medical people run the vax hoax, spineless man he is. The only change will come when people educate themselves, or find a leader who reads instead of tweets, and tells them like it is.

We are a people who grew so fat and complacent, as long as we had our smartphones, our big screen tv's, and our ultra-reliable Japanese cars we simply didn't give a shiite, as we watched our constitution and republic getting nibbled away one scandal at a time. Remember ABSACM? John McCain should have been frog marched out of congress and died in prison, But noooooo. That traitorous SoB went on to destroy the Republican party. And how About Dirty Harry Reid? And I haven't even made it to the 1980's yet.
No, we (you and me) have been asleep at guard duty for decades. The sooner we face the undeniable fact that we have only reaped what we have sown, we might, just might, turn this ship around.
Like the night watch on the Titanic, I see our fate as already sealed.

I have been preaching about this corruption for 30+ years since I attended hearings about the S&L
collapse and realized it was all a sham investigating nothing while Wall Street gorged on the Peoples'
production. (So don't include me in your guilty 'we'.)
In defense of the People, 60 years of intensive propaganda has been extremely effective at hiding
      the truth and the corruption.
The internet has helped bring corruption to light in spite of the never-ending propaganda in 'news'
      and entertainment..

Ahh The Savings and Loan debacle. That was one of the Bush boys. Jeb! No? I know he didn't do any time, while millions lost their life savings.
There have been great voices for our Republic. Rush Limbaugh comes to mind, Andrew Breitbart and someone you may never have heard of: Jay Severin. It's not my intention to paint with so broad a bush as to imply that there no people speaking up. But We as a nation have to collectively speak with one loud voice... I just don't see that happening, I see complacency, I see water splashing over the deck.

The Red Wave was killed by SCOTUS, accomplishing NOTHING by reversing Roe vs Wade. Droves of women showed up to vote against Republicans to avoid further erosion of their rights at the Federal and State levels. Without that, Republicans would probably have the Senate.

Just great ... we started an trivial, religious argument, distracting us from real fiscal and social issues that could have been worked.

Congratulations Clarence Thomas, you are a complete religious twit, who happens to rule the way I like sometimes.

If you like that it happened, live with the consequences.

Well starting the same argument over, doesn't advance it.

However, this is not the original point. The original point was, that it seriously damaged the Republican positions in the mid-terms. You can believe what you want, but own the consequences of your beliefs.

Back to the new/old argument, first, YOU need to demonstrate it is a human being. Until then, nothing is "murder". Can't wait to hear how a zygote is a human being. Standing by...

Not sure what you're reading, but polling showed abortion to be at least fifth in importance. Even Democrats cited the economy and inflation as #1 and #2. Abortion was the top in less than 10% of people polled - and the polls tend to heavily favor Dems.

Is control a matter of ownership? How does one determine ownership? Follow that trail and you have your answer.

I like anything that reduces power of the feds.
I hate that many voters are such morons that they don't recognize the benefit when that happens.

Most people are morons. This is an axiom. They vote on the price of gas, inflation, mean tweets, or, in this case, women's freedoms they perceive important above all other things they didn't think about.

My brother and I regularly note and agree:
        - Most people are not critical thinkers - AT ALL, and they don't have a firm grasp of almost any subject.
        - Most people are wimps. Complete wimps. Can't lift anything, run or even try. Happily trading freedom for convenience.

We are surrounded by people who don't think, wimps, and bullies (another form of wimp). That would be ok, but they are voting for the Government to protect them, individually, happily trading their freedoms until it is too late. Then either oblivious or unhappily complaining about the next inconvenience. Victims.
