Boots on the ground
Physicist Dr. Douglas Frank will be bringing data to Wisconsin that we can use to canvas homes in Manitowoc County. Data will show for example people with different last names voting from one residence. The owner/resident will be asked to identify those names. If they do not live there, this is the information you document. The owner/resident will sign the affidavit contain this information.
From the information we obtain, Dr. Frank will be taking to Sheriff Dan Hartwig to start an investigation on election fraud. As I will be the leader of this undertaking in Manitowoc County, I need people with high integrity. Therefore, you are receiving this information on being a canvasser. Your past has proven you to be an honest, upright person.
Here’s the information on canvassing.
· Training Thursday January 12 at 6:00 p.m. at 6:00 p.m. at my home, (address)
· All volunteers have to sign a Non-Disclosure & Non-Liability agreement prior to canvassing. (See Attachment) You can be sued if you share any information.
· Canvassing to take place two (2) weekends January 14 and January 21.
· Canvassers will be given a list of 6-10 homes.
· Canvassers go in pairs so 1 can ask questions and 1 can write answers. Feel free to bring someone you trust to team up with or you will be given a partner at the meeting.
· DO NOT canvass at any residence you don't feel comfortable or safe. Watch for dogs and any potential other safety hazards. Take photos of the residence if you are unable to canvass for documentation.
· Canvassing should only take between 2 and 3 hours.
· At no time, should you ask any political questions. We are not interested in their affiliation, how, or when they voted.
