I wonder: Just how the hell did people come to think they have a right to not be offended? If I say something that offends you (general you), maybe you say something.

It's then up to me to decide one of two things. I can either agree that I may have gone too far, or I can tell you to grow a pair.

Either way, it's that back and forth that's simply gone. And it went away when people decided that they do indeed have a right to not be offended.
