Supreme Court Takes the Case

I have been keeping up on this for a while, but haven't seen anything about it here. This this video was published, the date has been set for the Conference. January 6.

    SCOTUS is corrupt.
    I expect them to either:
    a) refuse to consider the case, or
    b) use it to set a precedent that stops any similar cases in the future.
    The federal government hasn't been representing the American People in at least 109 years and elections are an insult to our intelligence.
    The conspirators deserve to be tried for treason and executed when found guilty based upon the overwhelming evidence.
    That will not happen peacefully.
    The feds have already proven that they will perform mass murder of whoever opposes them.
    DC is beyond redemption.
    The bureaucracy is beyond redemption.
    The only possible peaceful answer is secession and the Deep State may not allow that to be peaceful.

      I'm cynical as well. Still, this is a glimpse of light in a very long and dark tunnel.

      The case is on the docket at SCOTUS. The fire has been stoked with criticisms and threats from b-ministration and his cronies. SCOTUS has an axe to grind and, with this properly submitted petition, the means to act.

      The ball is in SCOTUS court now. Hopefully, they can overcome their dark strings and do as they were intended, Still I fear you may be right, allowing this through could be a means to make the situation bulletproof in the future.

      Let just hope its not as David Lee Roth once sang (skycraper) "'Cause the light at the end of the tunnel is the front of an oncoming train"

      They've already agreed to take the case so we're already past A. SCOTUS has never considered a case like this so it's going to set precedent one way or the other (B). Let's see what happens.

        Perhaps I wasn't clear. My understanding is that they only agreed to vote on whether to take the case. If 4 vote in favor then they will take the case. They can still refuse to take it any further if my understanding is correct.

          Actually, the video states that its on the docket for them to consider its merit behind closed doors, a procedural step in determining whether to bring forth the lawyers to make their arguments. The least that can happen is that the justices look over the materials and do nothing. As said in the video, it would be VERY hard to explain why they had refused which would align them as potentially part of the problem and may trigger military intervention.

          Its a pretty long video but it the 4 people in it were pretty thorough in examine the possible outcomes and what could come next depending on what happens,

            The question is: will the deep state controlled SCOTUS be directed to overturn an election? Isn't that what the suit is about?
            Is the deep state so afraid of the People that they would act to reverse their previous treason to keep Trump out of office by stealing the election?
            I don't see that happening. At best this is a propaganda move that pretends to demonstrate that the election system is fair (but that results in nothing as usual.)
            At worst it results in a decision that sets a precedent to kill any future challenges to Deep State election thefts.

    I approve of their actions but I truly think they'll acknowledge it was included in the Constitution but hey, we all know those founding fathers were stupid. Our Constitution has only held us together for almost 300 years. We all recognize this Administration is smarter than they were.
