I have a very small nose. I can't breathe with a mask on. My doctor tells me to remove it as soon as I walk in.

I'm in the Peoples Republic of NY. No rational thought by any leadership.

Every four months I go to my family doctor who keeps track of my Type 2 Diabetes.
Second to the last time me dino had an appointment, sign at the entrance says wear a mask.
In the reception room everyone wears a mask.
Nurse who fetches me inside wears a mask. She asks me questions and leaves, closing the door.
My doctor finally comes in and he's NOT wearing a mask. So I take mine off. (I've been repeatedly pulling mine down to breathe more oxygen anyhoo).
The very last time it was all the same. Except when my maskless doctor came in. me dino had already taken mine off.
Oh, yeah, when I leave, stopping into a room to take a blood test and to check out while getting an appointment card, everyone wears stupid masks again.

At this point it's a religion and about control. At this point I'm guess most have had the illness, too.

Hey I didn't wear one while I was in the hospital caused by falling and fracturing my pelvis. My nurses weren't wearing masks either. I've been an infrequent flyer at this hospital since 1972 and I now only have to mask to enter the elevator, then I take the damn thing off.

Everyone is not on the same page. I can go without a mask everywhere around here except in a medical facility, including the dentist.

Went to a new young doctor's office yesterday. He is a Methodist Hospital doc. Guess his staff didn't get the memo that Methodist retracted their edic that their docs had to take the vax or get fired. They also had the 'wear a mask' crap everywhere you looked. All employees were wearing masks. One told me I didn't have a mask on and I replied, 'Okay I can leave.' The doc stepped in and said, 'She's alright, she's had Covid and you'd be lucky if you got it too. She lost 42 pounds.' Whoops!.
