She 'suspected' he had a gun in his rear pocket? He proved he didn't. Smarting off at a police officer isn't a crime in any state. The officer shouldn't smart off at a citizen. Can't use probable cause if it's legal to carry. He hurt her little feelings. No crime. Unlawful search and seizure. Don't have to show ID in a case like this. Not a crime to be walking down the street.

This video should be a teaching tool to show cops they are not in charge of free people.
But today it would probably be used to reinforce cops bad attitudes toward the People they are supposed to serve.

I've had good luck with cops because I always aim to please. That said, I'm pretty solid physically and that has caused a couple alpha-dog situations where cops were just fired up for no damned reason. I think some of them just look for a fight. Strange days. It's like we're living 1984...
