True intentions revealed... Only the fools will be fooled. We have to pass the bill to find out what is in it. I believe there are some who would initiate a revolution without second thought for the gun carnage between factions if they believed they would win having the Federal government on their side. After all, they are so concerned about gun violence...

    What started this:
A person steals guns, (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), shoots and kills his own mother (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), transports these guns loaded (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), brings guns onto school property (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), breaks into the school (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), discharges the weapons within city limits (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), murders 26 people (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW), and commits suicide (WHICH IS AGAINST THE LAW).

And there are people in this country that somehow think passing ANOTHER LAW banning guns would protect us from someone like this. If you haven't noticed, people like this are not concerned about breaking laws - they only care about fulfilling their own twisted agenda.
The only people that a gun ban law would impact are the LAW ABIDING CITIZENS, which will only serve to cripple the ability to protect ourselves.

Eudaimonia, the videos you posted over the weekend of public officials in your state are truly frightening. They are not rationally driven people. Let us hope cooler heads will prevail.
    Regards,
    O.A.

'I spoke to two of the sponsors. One, Sen. Adam Kline, D-Seattle, a lawyer who typically is hyper-attuned to civil-liberties issues, said he did not know the bill authorized police searches because he had not read it closely before signing on.

“I made a mistake,” Kline said. “I frankly should have vetted this more closely.” ' This guy is an attorney? Wow. If this idiot was in the private sector he'd be fired. Of course then the attorney's union (know there isn't one..) would sue, a good judge would throw it out. The appeals court would overturn it. Then maybe the good judge will shrug.
