    Yes, there is definitely something to be said for that tack. Without the propaganda ministry little of the leftist agenda would be possible.     It may be easier to effect who is covering the news than who gets elected, since ratings are not subject to ballot box stuffing, and once the media return to being watchdogs instead of lapdogs common sense may reign once more.
