    If you read the Old Age Assistance law as it was passed, Social Security funds cannot be garnished, even by the IRS. This is totally untrue that they can deduct from your payments to satisfy a debt. I didn't see that part of the law was amended. Some people are seriously overstepping their authority. Are we surprised?

        Last time I saw satanic artsy fartsy bullshit it was in a video shown here. It was also in Europe in celebration of completing some tunnel.
        What's up with Europe these days? Europe is where Christians used to burn heretics and Catholics and Protestants used to burn each other.
        We may be living in the "end times" indeed.

      Okay. What the ?@$%?&* was that? It's a rail line opening that suddenly looks a whole lot more like a cult worship trying to open a portal to the nether planes. You have people stripping off their clothes, falling from rocks, I mean... That is some seriously disturbing stuff. Add to it the beating drums and stuff in the background and yeah. This is demonic. No other way to describe it.

    Watching it has been very odd. There's a lot of strange things in this performance, not just those particular items! There is a slave ship and a robot man, and demon from the sea... but that's around the same part as the virus looking thing comes out on the field.

    I don't honestly remember this AT ALL! But I was a young wipper snapper and I think we moved that summer, so I missed it.

    Remember the Olympic opening ceremony recently that had the grim reaper and a large baby? I think it was about a decade ago. I think it was Canada. It clearly had nothing to do with sports and really looked ritualistic. I remember watching it in awe... Can't seem to find the video of it anymore. There are many similar examples, though...

    OMG! Never saw this before. Probably because I don't watch sports. Are these paid actors who think they are just putting on a show? Or do they really know what they are doing? Certainly not an Olympic half-time entertainment.

      I used to watch a lot of sports. The injection if wokeness started in the 70’s with Canceling Jimmy the Greek (fuQing hypocrites) and targeting Minn Twins owner Calvin Griffin and other owners as racists . I can tell you this ritual has absolutely nothing to do with Athletics.

      I think they sell it to the country as a participant thing. So they say, come do this performance and make your country proud, show us off sort of thing. I think that's what they did in 2012 for the UK one. There were a lot of schools that were approached i think for all those kids in the bed/nurse/voldemort scene on that performance. I think I know someone who had a friend do some of the stuff around the tree for that performance. (this has been years so I can't recall details anymore on whose friend it was!).

      I don't really remember ANY Olympic performances. I do remember watching the LA one on the TV when I was young, but i don't remember any "performances". Just torch and countries and stuff. I missed 1992 I think :)
