When my X2 was first sergeant in charge of a company of men at a well-known military base, he was called in and questioned why none of his men were getting Meningitis (epidemic on the Base). He invited the officers to come by his Company HQ and he'd show them. Each morning the men were required to open up the windows (this was in the winter) and each cot had blankets hanging up and the cots of the men were head to toe.) Won't spread disease in a well ventilated and popularly occupied space.
