ACLU, Montana Dem activists cheer judge’s ruling enabling bio men with transgender pretense to preempt bio women in women’s collegiate sports

This morning’s ABC local Montana TV news carried this story with commentary from local Democrat activist Amanda Curtiss affirming that transgenderites’ pretense that they are the opposite sex should overrule common sense.
District Court Judge Rienne McElyea’s ruling claims a Montana state constitution clause protects state college administrations from state legislature laws, that local college/student policy isn’t subject to state legislative protocols.
Montana state and supreme court justices are elected in general, state-wide elections, but some were appointed by former Democrat legislatures and governors to fill vacancies in eight-year terms.
Times have changed however in Montana, and these activist judges are now widely seen as anachronisms. People are looking for alternatives and paying more attention to the political records of supposedly “apolitical” judges. District Court Judge Rienne McElyea will be remembered for this decision, among other “apolitical” activist judges, as this decision runs contrary to the will of most voting Montana residents.
Another issue recently decided by an activist judge (District Court Judge Michael Moses) affirmed that (Republican) Montana state government agencies couldn’t block transgenderites’ alleged right to change the sex listed at time of birth on their birth certificates. This absurd ruling was also applauded by Democrat activists and the ACLU.

I can't find in Ayn Rand's journals or letters that she had much to say about WL although she condemned the "white leadership" of WL, along with black leadership of civil rights movement, essentially for demanding solutions to these problems via government edict and government force.
She believed that laissez-faire market forces would eventually cure prejudices if market forces were left alone to act on people--rational desire for profit eventually prevailing.
If even the directly elected representatives of the people of Montana, of all places, can’t get this garbage under control, what are we gonna do about it? Nothing.....mmmm the coffee’s good.
Enjoy the decline.
Go Galt.
Let the games begin!
"...Judge Rienne McElyea's ruling claims... that local college/student policy isn’t subject to state legislative protocols."
Does that mean on campus rape and murder are not subject to state laws?
messing with people's kids is a sure way to wake up most
Like much of what is happening in this irregular warfare ,this should have a narrative whiplash.
