when following a specific action an adverse outcome arises, your first action should be to stop and reverse what you did to cause it.
in other words- if banging your head against a wall causes pain, stop banging you head.
In all the policy measures quoted,
- 'works in theory but not in practice' - no, it does not work even in theory.
- nothing suggested re stopping/reversing the phony climate /environment measures.
Everything suggested has a nice techno/economic/sciency flavor. Government by innocuous sounding buzz words, blame Russia, no smidgen of guilt for their own bad policies.
That line made Orange Juice come out my nose. It burns and stingssssssssss.
