Fauci, Scarf Lady Birx, backed up by Pence, duped Trump into ordering a temporary lockdown--that Birx fenagled to get extended through the November election, creating the prerequisite for universal mail-in voting [ballots in the hands of many thousands of apathetic people who would never request a ballot, and door-to-door ballot harvesting/on-the-spot ballot "curing" by (paid) "volunteer" Social-Justice-Warrior ballot harvesters].

    That was surely the case here. The mandates grew out of the fine print that hardly anyone noticed.
