Dana Nessel’s office is attempting to accuse Constitutional Attorney Matt DePerno of gaining illegal and unauthorized access to a MI voting tabulator. The investigation, in which Nessel falsely attempts to tie to DePerno, involves a tabulator that was given by the Roscommon clerk to another MI attorney to be reviewed after the clerk became suspicious of the 2020 election results. The tabulator was taken to Oakland County, where an examination was allegedly performed, and the results were shared with Matt DePerno, who used the report to bolster his case in Antrim County.
