A bill to get US out of the UN.

Mike Rogers, a U.S. Representative from Alabama, has sponsored HR 7806, the American Sovereignty Restoration Act. This resolution would repeal the United Nations Participation Act, cut off all financial obligations to the UN, terminate all memberships in all United Nations agencies and affiliates and permanently close the United States Mission to the United Nations.

(As I remember, it wore out.) So I couldn't turn it on.) But I think that the U.S.'s getting out of the UN is a great idea, and I just wish it would get passed.| Mark as read | Best of... | Permalink

I got tired of the UN when I did some investigating about the UNICEF section. Hype. Guess they are still sucvking up our funds. A friend of mine just went on a "Mission' for the UN. Interesting Post.
