How will they exploit their resources?

Interesting that they've known about this since the 80's, but have done nothing (seemingly) to exploit these resources. That will ultimately end up with them being conquered, if they continue to refuse to bring them to market.

    The Afghanis. If they do not themselves, they will only end up inviting in others who will - and not as a sharing partner but as conquerors.

    How will WHO exploit the resources?
    One of the real reasons why American troops die in Afghanistan. Not much of a surprise that the fedgov has conspicuously omitted that they must die to secure resources for the elites in NY and the Dark Center.
