Dr. James Giordano, Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program and Scholar-in-Residence in the Pellegrino Center for Clinical Bioethics at Georgetown University, speaks to cadets and faculty about how advancements in neuroscience and neurotechnology will impact the future of war.

In the video at about 7:20
"Neuroscience/neurotechnology valid, valuable, and already in operational NSID use."

Are the jabbed now Manchurian Candidates?
"we can militate their thoughts and behaviors to make them more amenable to what we do"
"we can mitigate, and in some cases, completely nullify their capability, will, or engagement to fight"

Dr. Giordano appears to describe methods of attack to be (or already being) used upon the People.

I watched about 20 minutes of this. It made me think about how so many of us are glued to computer screens, cellphone screens, all shapes and sizes of rectangular screens. It is mass hypnosis. They have figured out how to gain our attention, mainly through inducing fear, modulated by the amygdala in the brain. Even a simple trick by PhD psychologists at Facebook: They changed the color of the Notification icon from blue to red. Why? Because a red icon popping up looks like excitement or danger.

Less screen time is the greatest way to fight on the battlefield of the brain. Don't stare into the internet, for the bottomless internet will stare into you.

I absolutely believe this became a MASSIVE experiment. The transition from "response" to "experiment" occurred when the health oligarchs realized that CCP virus wasn't very lethal, at least not to 99% of the population. That's when they realized they could test the publics resilience, conformity, and etc.

-how long will they conform (masks, lockdowns, and individual quarantines)
-will they take an experimental medical treatment, even in the face of overwhelming evidence that it is not protective and doesn't stop transmission.
-stress test of the economy and infrastructure: how much can it withstand under and all-out assault or bio-attack.

There are other factors they wanted to measure. Have you enjoyed being a lab rat? I didn't.

I used to call it the “uncivil war” we are in ,going back 6 years. Today many see that we are at war.
Trump told US also. The proper description is Irregular War. A war for our minds, it is a war for the narrative. It is Political warfare and lies. FEAR is almost always the desired emotional response. How to combat it, is to be fearless in your convictions. If you are on this board you likely use reason and logic , when you are conscious. Trouble occurs when you use your unconscious mind. Think fast think slow.
Hammer lies with nails of truth.
Irregular Warfare is Chris Miller’s expertise, his right hand man is Ezra Cohen Watnick both working with Kash Patel.
They will be known in 300 years much like we know about Paul Revere.
I have posted about their rolls in Devolution and continuity of govt.

The mind has always been the premier battlefield. Sun Tzu recognized this centuries ago. All ancient religions were essentially a fight for the mind - the soul was merely the prize.

One of the things to ask a candidate for state office is if they're willing to vote to nullify a federal law that is not within the authority granted by the Constitution. Independent action by an individual is usually mostly symbolic and ineffective, but when states begin to exercise their authority to declare federal laws unconstitutional, the mass reactions start to break down, as there's a crowd effect that acts as a counter to the mass national mob, with the realization that "I'm not alone" when my instincts tell me something is very wrong.

I bet the democrats are at the forefront of this stuff, to affect the elections. Scary. We need to get rid of most of government powers.
