Dr. Keny Berry (Keto Fame on YouTube), recommended this book.
I've already read all the medical books on Keto, this was different.

Anyways, quick synopsis of the book. We have been LUCKY to live during a "Human Singularity"!
A once in a species kind of time.
I implore people to read this as it BENDS my mind. It speaks about things that MIGHT BE being told from a Globalists (Insider) stand point. But putting words out there that I have NEVER HEARD. (Positive Comments on Bretton Woods and Fiat Currency Backed up by what GOOD they did. But then HIGHLIGHTING the inevitable DESTRUCTION they caused! It was an experiment mostly gone well, and all about to fail).
He covers the depth of the coming problems. America will likely be fine if we are not sold to China (he does not say the latter piece).
China is suffering from their 1 child policy. They are < 1.3 births (admittedly, probably worse). Their population is aging. And the wheels are falling off the bus quickly. As globalization dies, so does China. (China can Steal/Build most things, below a certain tech level).
They CANNOT even make cell phones with their own chips very well. Their HAWAEI phones are #5 in their own country.
Japan shifted to Design/Test/Validate internally. And BUILD locally, since they do not have enough young labor to build. It took 30 years to make this move, they will be fine, and they have a decent Navy.
Very Very interesting take on things. Effectively, we went from Whales Blubber for lighting/oil. To Super Powers in a few generations.
China's Rise (and inevitable fall) will be within a single lifespan. The fastest on both sides.
So many great details in this book. The how/why China took over Aluminum/Steel Production, and how quickly much of this will fall apart.
Anyone out there know anything about this author that might provide "Color" to the story.
His view is bleak. We will NEVER be this rich again. We will re-urbanize and slow down to live closer to the land. By force.
Our populations will be decimated.

Reread it, but don't think "America", think "Rome".
Agreed, we have been acting a lot like Rome. And we will probably burn like Rome soon enough.
I am just not sure if he is a Globalist (WEF Style) or Global Supply Chain supporter..
