    I think there is a special ATF form that must be filed by licensed FFL any time than more
    than 1 handgun is purchased/delivered to the same person in less than a week.
    I think it then must be sent to the local sheriff's office, but I am not certain.

    Those guys looked suspicious to me, especially the one on the right. And the grins when the homeowner finally complied.
