Need a clear, documented Law for Redaction

We need a clear definition of the allowable reasons for redaction. This should be law, not executive branch guidance, and it should be minimal (e.g. the names of present secretly deployed agents of the government).

This is perfect legislation to put through in 2024 (yes FFA "if" FFA. I know..."if").

Having government agencies redact information from government documents due to containing personal information, company information (unless documented proprietary IP/info), individual names, et al) is just ridiculous. If you are an agent of the government, you should be doing business as if the public is watching ALL the TIME!
