How will new Biden/Mayorkas "Office of Health Security" screen detained migrants?

Perhaps the screening is aimed more at ascertaining a detained migrant's politics than physical condition. Why allow an avowed anti-Communist or Trump-supporting migrant Biden-Land admittance? The issue is not likely to be migrants' health but rather future voting probabilities.

    Yes, as you suggest--another opportunity for Biden to crowbar his way into the hearts and minds of those who have put their fate in his bloodstained hands.

    Your suspicion is warranted due to all the inactions and actions of this cancer in our cough cough leadership. In addition it is a human trafficking gig.
    Many eyes “Screening” on the humanity. Scouts sorting out, cherry picking and then Distributing said commodities. Evil vs Good . Good wins.
