In MA (and NY, NJ and CA I think), ALL, 100% of the firearm restrictions, type, magazine capacity, features, etc. do not apply to police or retired police, city, state, FBI, or any other LEO. WTF makes these people special?
In addition, they can pretty much speed all day, and show their badge when pulled over for a buddy slap.
What does this accomplish? It makes the police into semi-totalitarian party members with special privileges provided them by the state, and thus, indebted and aligned with the state AGAINST the proletariat.
