Just was talking to a few people in the power distribution industry and they tell me if all people converted to electric vehicles we don't have the capacity in our electric grid to charge all them. Why doesn't anyone in the government ever mention that? In my opinion there is still far too much dinosaur juice in the ground to have this shit forced down my throat!

In Colorado, the government is concerned about the drop in gasoline tax revenue when the majority of vehicles on the road are electric. They tried to compensate by increasing registration fees on electric vehicles, but it is not enough, so now they want to tax everyone based on miles driven, regardless of vehicle. Just one of the many problems with electric vehicles. I will hold on to my internal combustion engine vehicle as long as I can! And I don't want to be taxed based on mileage. It will discourage people from driving, which is of course just what they want. Live in a high rise apartment building in the big city with no vehicle except maybe a scooter or bicycle, and tracked by the government everywhere you go. NO!
