Huge news that no one is talking about. This ruling can apply to many federal agencies. This opens the door to dismantling the unaccountable and fraudulent administrative state.

    Some of our agencies think just because they are 'Federal' they have more power than they thought they have. Like the 'Federal' Reserve. I find State Agencies' employees feel the same way, "I'm from the Texas blah blah blah. Too much assumed authority.

      I won't hold my breath waiting for something to come of this. There are been too many opportunists using seductive language to get into position. So many that I seriously doubt there is anyone working for what remains of the american people. I also seriously question if there are people worth preserving as americans as our society gleefully devolves.
