If I lived in California this would cause me to find a different state to live in.

Yes...just as the surgeon said....if they want to get you..or you...they can get you on a tax violation. And now with the NDAA..... sigh. quack quack quack (we're all sitting ducks.)

I don't expect to live that long either. (being 40ish) I've always said to those around me, the real decision point will come when they (the politicians, via the police) will come pounding on your door(s) at the usual 2:00-3:30 a.m. demanding to come in. I know what I'll do and am fully committed to it. I agree with you on your last sentence. It's slightly different than what Emiliano Zappato (sp?) said: "It is better to die standing, than to live a hundred years on your knees."

But it is far better than to be a bystander, I think. Get in their faces, challenge the rotten premises that they precariously stand on.

I'm afraid that to take back our nation, it will require 3 generations or more of study "progressive" ideological fighting to get rid of communism. Fighting them from 'the outside' won't work: they have the braindead cops and the courts on their side. IMO, it will take some courageous, and very clever individuals to undo their utopia from the inside.

This is how they worked against us, so it's time to give them the same medicine, using the same tactics. It took them nearly 100 years, so don't be surprised if it takes us that long to get it back.

My better half and I are fighting now: I'm a precinct committeman, I go around and walk my precinct informing everyone (dems, repubs, independent, atheist, etc) of what's really going on at the local and state level. My better half and I are battling the local school board who are all for "sustainability", i.e., Communism, and other forms of indoctrination on our children every week and during the school board meetings. (THEY REALLY DON'T LIKE US) :) We also educate people we casually meet on what Islam really is about. Telling the truth is not slander, nor is it a crime.

Take a stand and fight the SOB's now.

Hmmm. That sounds familiar...oh I remember, it sounds just like my 2-year experience living in the middle east. Damn it, there's no place left to run.

It boggles the mind how utterly stupid to the core the legislators in California are. They are talking out of their asses, basically, with no facts to back up anything they emotionally react to. Insane! And what's worse, is that their constituents believe it, vote for it, blindly follow and spout the pablum being spoon fed to them! I hate blind, arrogant ignorance.

I'm convinced that CA legislature is so incompetent, they're enabling criminal behavior by those who normally wouldn't commit crimes. The stupid laws they are proposing are so anti-common sense it's mind boggling. Apparently, it must be to the politicians that they are to be 'at war' with those who elect them into office! Human Toxic Waste: that's exactly what they are.

I assume your talking federal, in the California legislature I do not think there would be a half dozen, maybe one or two but even that is unlikely.
