If you’re driving a vehicle with a manual transmission, you’d better be careful about whom you let drive it. Including dealership mechanics.

litigation. I am surprised the attorney didn't go after the manufacturer - but then they have deeper pockets to fight back. I suspect the attorney is just trying to get media exposure like Jeffrey Fieger et al. Bull crap case.
