Good article. I like the way he described the cost and pointed out the redistributive nature with his housing purchase example.

Printing money in excess of the natural expansion of the economy/ wealth created = inflation= hidden taxation harming everyone's buying power and more so those who pay the bill without benefit, to enrich the gov'ts chosen winners.
