Where are the email subject-line title editors--even for conservative media?

Here's the email subject-line title that greeted me along with perhaps 50 others in one of my accounts this morning (this one from Newsmax Finance):
"Bullard: Fed 'Behind the Curve'; EU Buys Nearly $1T in Russian Oil a Day; Biden's Rallying Cry to Amazon Union"

Perhaps there is method in this madness, a desire on the part of media strategists to get their copy noticed, opened, read by as many people as possible. After all, every mouse click is substantiation that advertisers are being rewarded with additional exposure rather than subject to mass deletion.

But at what expense? I think you can only cry wolf so many times before substantially losing credibility.

Incidentally, read the story and learn that the subject-line title listing is off by a factor of 1000x. The actual article copy (including its own headline) isn't that bad, but where's the editor in charge of putting email subject-line titles together?
