Anyone who believes that Russian oil will not be purchased by someone is a moron. The "shortage" is artificial and is caused by Deep State puppet governments - not to hurt Russia, but to steal the few assets the people still have and to make the people subservient, easy to control, and enslaved.

1. Reduce speed limits on highways by at least 10 km/h
It didn't work in the 70's. It's a waste of time and energy.

2.Work from home up to three days a week where possible.

3. Car-free Sundays in cities.
Stealing half the days off that the people have. Morons!
4. Make the use of public transport cheaper and incentivise micromobility, walking and cycling.
How do they make it "cheaper"? By STEALING from the public. That is their only method, as always.
5. Alternate private car access to roads in large cities.
DESTROYING the peoples ability to travel without considering the costs. MORONS!
6. Increase car sharing and adopt practices to reduce fuel use.

7. Promote efficient driving for freight trucks and delivery of goods.
This has already been done to save money by industry, morons!
8. Using high-speed and night trains instead of planes where possible

9. Avoid business air travel where alternative options exist

10. Force the adoption of electric and more efficient vehicles
