Notice the similarities in beliefs between Gulchers and Crypto People.

I am both, and that feels about as natural as anything to me.

I am NOT here to tell people what to do. But the concepts we espouse are strongly encouraged and supported by Crypto!

We may NEVER be able to build a REAL/PHYSICAL Gulch. But I believe we can be more resilient, and realize that true Freedom MUST come from us, and be enforced by our own rugged individualism (ie, lack of Centralized Control).

Putting aside everyone's issues with crypto...

If you had a method of easily paying, and transacting with others, that involved only the 2 people who WANTED to transact... Was impossible to block, and the "currency" in use was impossible to forge/inflate...

Would this not be a perfect fit for the Gulch?

Some days I feel like the current Gulchers would tell John Gult that his energy device was a waste of time, because it requires Wires... LOL.

I am not asking ANYONE to adopt anything. I am asking people to understand that most of what you don't like about Crypto was probably written by TPTB as part of their FUD campaigns.

Where are the goals of these 2 groups NOT in alignment?
