I want to share this website just in case anyone wants to tear their hair out and look at original bill texts. The Congress website has a bill tracker. You can create an account, and click on bills, or Congressmen, sorry Congressmxn, and you'll get an email alert when something happens. You can get alerts when someone co-sponsors a bill, or when the bill moves into or out of a committee, etc...

The best part is you can see for your own eyes a 2,678 page bill and the language that they use and the amounts that are spent, and where these funds are going; the vague language, the euphemisms...

The game Congress is playing is so Obvious when you look at how Opaque these bills are.

Am I reading this correctly? It appears to be Bills proposed to support every country but America. I gleaned many billions in Viet Nam, UN (except China), Central America, Africa. This is incredible. There isn't this much money available.

I forgot to mention, the way I attack these bills, is by downloading the PDF, and then browsing the Table of Contents. Then I search the bill (Ctrl+F) using a search term such as "immigration," "nuclear," "climate," etc... You can get a good idea of what is going on this way...
