The Michael Sussmann case is heating up.

On February 11, 2022, Durham filed the Government’s Motion to Inquire into Potential Conflicts of Interest in the Michael Sussmann case. Read it here. As you might recall, Sussmann was charged with giving false statements to then-FBI General Counsel James Baker regarding the interests he was representing in pushing to the FBI the Alfa Bank/Trump Organization hoax. More background information on the Sussmann indictment can be found here.

The basis for the latest motion is that Sussmann’s current counsel, Latham & Watkins LLP (Latham) might have a conflict of interest because Latham previously represented Perkins Coie and Mark Elias “in this investigation.” It is alleged that Latham “likely possesses confidential knowledge about Perkins Coie’s role in, and views concerning, Sussmann’s past activities.” (Cleaned up.)

There might also be a conflict because Latham was representing both the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America in the Special Counsel’s investigation. Durham observes that Latham’s duties to these former clients “might cause its interests to diverge from those of [Sussmann].”

Why might there be a conflict?

Because Durham might offer evidence at trial he obtained from the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America. And because certain employees of the Clinton Campaign and Hillary for America might be witnesses at Sussmann’s trial. (Theoretically, a Clinton Campaign witness could be called by the prosecution to prove-up billing records and payments made to Sussmann. I’d guess they might have already testified to a grand jury about this.)

What if Crowdstrike was a patsy, there to unknowingly reach false conclusions of a “Russian hack” based on fraudulent information provided to them by Rodney Joffe and Perkins Coie and the DNC/Hillary Campaign?

We don’t have an answer to that question - yet. Maybe we never will. But that question becomes more reasonable the more we learn about Joffe. At a minimum, it seems likely that we will see Joffe’s indictment. Don’t ask if Joffe was involved in a conspiracy. Ask how deep that conspiracy went, and who else was involved.

After all this time maybe little wisps of smoke will expose a bon fire. Hope so.

Treason? YES! RICO act violations at the very least. Maybe the Evil Hag didn't burn, shred, erase, smash, and cleanse enough.

I'm guessing a rash of Arkancides coming right up.

Arkancides or War with Russia or False Flags , These traitors will stop at nothing to change the narrative they are losing. The Bon Fire is set and the bull horn is shifting to the people. Truth social scares them to death.
I have stayed the course , NCSWIC. Durham is the real deal. The amount of time it takes is relative to the amount , type and , level of corruption. Plus the optics don’t include Trump as the vengeful accuser.

Good article, thanks. From the article: "On Monday FOX News reported that more people are cooperating and coming before the grand jury in the Durham probe."

I hope the rats coming forward to get off a sinking ship turns into an avalanche. We'll see.

Re Russia and Putin: I'm going to predict Russia will not invade Ukraine. The whole thing was an expensive (not as expensive as a real war) exercise for Putin to learn something very important. I believe he will loosen and press as required to make gains other than Ukrainian territory (except if he may make a deal for a piece of Ukraine that is primarily Russian anyway - like Hitler did with the Sudetenland). I'm reasonably sure at this point he has what he needed to know, both about Western response and the readiness of his own forces. I expect him to stand down in the next couple of weeks with his internal mission accomplished. IMHO, there are those in the US and the West with China thrown in the mix that actually want a war with Russia. Let's hope they don't succeed.

Kremlin officials seized upon the troop withdrawal as proof of a propaganda victory against the United States and NATO.

Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said, “15 February 2022 will go down in history as the day Western war propaganda failed,” she wrote, adding that the west has been “shamed and destroyed without firing a single shot.”

The White House’s national security advisor Jake Sullivan had breathlessly told CNN on Sunday that intelligence suggested “major military action” could “begin any day now.”

From the same people who brought you Russiagate, The spoiled bat dinner at the wet market to no problems at the border ,to just take the safe Jab. To trust the science. To it was the most honest election ever, to Kyle was out to shoot blacks and on and on and on, good grief,
