Military Documents About Gain of Function Contradict Fauci Testimony Under Oath

Military documents state that EcoHealth Alliance approached DARPA in March 2018 seeking funding to conduct gain of function research of bat borne coronaviruses. The proposal, named Project Defuse, was rejected by DARPA over safety concerns and the notion that it violates the gain of function research moratorium.

The main report regarding the EcoHealth Alliance proposal leaked on the internet a couple of months ago, it has remained unverified until now. Project Veritas has obtained a separate report to the Inspector General of the Department of Defense, written by U.S. Marine Corp Major, Joseph Murphy, a former DARPA Fellow.

“The proposal does not mention or assess potential risks of Gain of Function (GoF) research,” a direct quote from the DARPA rejection letter.

Project Veritas reached out to DARPA for comment regarding the hidden documents and spoke with the Chief of Communications, Jared Adams, who said, “It doesn’t sound normal to me,” when asked about the way the documents were buried.

    Why was there eve any doubt what was going on in that lab. When Winipeg lab send strains of ebola and two of hennipah, engineerred by Chinese there, to the lab where not only Fauci, NIHanad CDC worked, The CDC grant called for learning how th virus was made, tracking the spread pattern. What else but a created virus, by definition, and intentional release planned before the fact. What we do not know is if any form of covid19 was made, as it has never been seen, or if FAuci put the hennipah strains in with other soup to create the virus. Qutopsies of death attributed to covid19, no such virus seen, but the hennipah strains were seen. Now, who started calling Omnicron a covid19 variant? It is not. Possibly covid, which we lived with for years now, and it was not created by Fauci. It is a type antidote for what he did make, by those who want this killing to end.

    At 139 and Age 64 I have always struggled to understand subservience of the citizenry. Speaking of dumbest people , how about Prince Andrews first Defense was the victim had an agreement with Jeffrey Epstein not to sue anyone else or something to that effect.     Truthfully these people are masters at manipulating the masses. They understand human weakness and employ a divisive plan. They are relentless and of course have the deepest pockets. To own the politicians is apparently very easy. The basic con is used over and over and over. Build up status of a puppet then comprise, blackmail and whalla they are owned. The sadistic ones that enjoy the pain ,agony and destruction of life and beauty get promoted to the top. That’s why we have a Criminal govt operated by a Satanic Luciferian Globalist Bloodline Cabal.     These people are the modern equivalent of aristocrats of the middle ages. We are nothing more than than cannon fodder to them. They think we are here for their whim to sacrifice for their benefit. Truth is these people are the dumbest people on the planet. Their IQ is not that high. The people with the high IQ's are usually not in with these people nor do they agree with them.

    I was listening to Robert F Kennedy Jr. on Glenn Beck about a week ago. He stated that this same information. Fauci got huge funding for this from the military (not DARPA). The ruse used to justify it was that it is researching gain of function as a defensive posture against those that would would use bio-weapons.
    I call BS on that . It's usually about money,not ethics.
    I hope we can still trust DARPA though as you won't find the likes of Biden /Harris matching wits with real scientists.

    I knew in Feb 2020 this was released into the world military games in Wuhan Mid Sept 2019. George Webb Who was taken out of circulation by the big tech censors after a few hit pieces including one by Forbes magazine at the start of this tragedy.
    He had so much information and was the first to report on it. Several in the Gulch chided me for posting his report complaining that he said to many names and they couldn’t keep up with all his info. Oh Well. Today they all agree with my assessment of the fraud being perpetrated by the deep state. How much homework they do is not my concern.
