Gort! Klaatu birada nikto
A consortium of "species" adopts and enacts the philosophy which is found in The Objectivist's Ethics. Within the essay Rand expresses that which is immortal can have no values. There is nothing for or against the mortality. This group creates an indestructible robot and programs it with the "rights" to regulate force and improper use of life by an individual or group upon another. The programming is "mortal values" based. The robot cannot be influenced as it has no skin in the game.
The purpose of Life is continuity; nothing more or less, on an all inclusive scale. Man must learn morality and ethics as we have Mind. Perception to conceptual thoughts, organized in a hierarchy, to guide our lives, as toolmakers, in equitable commerce. And then "one" perceives the concept of "lack" in comparison to another.
All wars begin in individual minds with envy, frustration, anger and vengeance. These "percepts" are the unorganized unreasonable thoughts of the brute who has no command of language. Only through language skills may a human advance position and insulation from threat and peril. To be aware of the brute, warn the brute, and if necessary last resort....extinguish the brute.

Raises another question regarding search engines burying "originals". When I began using the net as a research tool in, about 2003, and return to a subject 10 to 15 years later, I have to use some pretty extreme contextual measures for search criteria. I wonder how much info is passively/aggressively buried by the "popularity".....like childhood memories faded away.
As of Dec. 7 I realize reading comprehension is the most important skill a human can have. To practice mastery of language is what makes us human.

We Homo Sapiens rule the Earth. We have a superpower. That superpower is the human reasoning mind. The reasoning mind is a thinking machine. It is fueled by something we call expressive language. No expressive language, no human mind, no human personality, no human history, no economics, no politics, no science, no art, no humor, no reasoning, no God is or "I am." So, this story is about what makes our species special. It is about expressive language, the fuel driving our superpower: the reasoning mind.
Expressive language is the Sapiens brain's means to create symbols representing electromagnetic impacts on its sense neurons, to give these symbols structure and meaning, to remember symbols, to assemble symbols into thoughts, and to put thoughts into words and sentences in a way that makes sense and is grammatically accurate. Expressive language is the stuff of the reasoning mind. Some say it is possible because of the FOXP2 gene, the language gene. I say it is a miracle.
