This is EXACTLY what I saw in California schools. It got bad. Very bad. The kids are starting to turn on each other based on things like skin color, etc. This is the plan. Not getting this in the school we're in now outside of California.

I concur. I lived 10 blocks from South High in Minneapolis. Student factioning and violence between Somali immigrant, local black and hispanics since 2010 or so.
"Transformational Change became the new buzz around 2015. This is just one example of such. https://www.tciamn.org/cpa-journey

Follow the "buzz" back through local papers and school programs. You'll find a host of informational progression dating back to the 50's. Different words same principle. If it looks like a duck.....
