6) Inflammation: hsCRP, Homocysteine.
7) thyroid with Free T3
I will bet your D is low. Not good. You would do well to take 5,000IUs (a lot), or10,000IUs (a shit load, but after 4-5 months, can lead to Vitamin D overdosing, so be careful at that level).
I would lean on Vitamin C. 1 gram every 2-4 hours until you get loose stools, then back off.

The US government today can't get away with an approach like this, as most of our minorities are too much a part of regular society. The few Native Americans still on isolated reservations make up such a small number of people that putting them in camps wouldn't make much sense, and would raise a much bigger fuss than what's happening to the Australian indigenous people.
However, that doesn't mean that white Australians are very racist. I don't think most Australians have much opportunity to be racist with Aboriginals (but I may be wrong.)
