A regime that refuses to acknowledge and submit to lawful orders is a regime that can rightly be regarded as wholly unlawful and thus, illegitimate.

Excerpt:
"When the law givers ignore the law, is there any obligation to obey the law-givers?

This question arises in the wake of the Biden regime – the right word, as it conveys the fundamental essence of the thing, as in capo regime . . . as in gang of thugs – announcing it doesn’t give a tinker’s damn for the recent federal court stay of its order to private employers of 100 or more to require all employees submit to the Jab – else be Jabbed, themselves, with extortionate fines applied by OSHA.

Which lacks lawful jurisdiction to decree such a thing.

Never mind, moreover, that the capo regime hasn’t bothered to shepherd legislation through the “democratic process” – leg-humped when convenient – but rather simply ordered the mass Jabbing.

And the mass fining.

This being of a piece with the orders of the Don, duly enforced by the capos.

Hence, regime.

Well, the Fifth Circuit of Appeals – which is a court and a federal one, at that – with legal/constitutional authority to bind the power of the federal government – issued a stay.

Which means that the Jabs cannot lawfully be required – or the fines applied – until after due process of law has elaborated.

Full stop. For now, at least.

This is the way it once worked when this country was governed by laws.

Some – okay, many – of these laws were not good laws. But they were at least laws – the “at least” being a reference to the fact of some degree of process and accountability rather than the simple – do as you are told, because we tell you to do it – governed the law.

And bound the law-givers.

Remember, the president is – at least in theory – an executive. The chief executive, to be sure. But he is not – by law – a giver of law. His constitutional authority is to see that the laws are faithfully enforced.

Not to enforce his orders."

We cannot have any organization or group or whatever making laws for us. We have a process and that's they way it should be. Not some idiots running around 'mandating'. OSHA is NOT a law making body! Read the book, 'When OSHA comes to call" published by the National Assn of MFGs back in the 80's!

OK...they are unlawful.....So what....They still have the guns! We have lost our Republic and our individual rights. The worst part is that they have been indoctrinating the young for 35 years in the public schools and as a result a large proportion of the population is ok with it...add to that the Government workers and those getting a government cheque....and we are done as a nation. I am not suggesting we don't fight back....worked in VA...but even if we admit that Bite-me did cheat....he still had a large proportion of the above described citizens vote for him.

IMO, any organized (more than likely semi-organized) group of Marxists, such as our Puppet President's puppetteers, is a criminal gang of thugs.

The real reveal for me was when Biden kind of shrugged and said the regime plans to bypass Congress and the courts by implementing its wishes through changes to cabinet agency regulations and rules. This is an outright admission that the shadow government is coming out of the shadows, acknowledging that the unelected bureaucracy is the real oppressor.

It appears the only way we can divest ourselves of bureaucratic tyranny is to gain enough elected power to enforce radical changes in government agencies. Those without credible connections to constitutionally permitted powers should be eliminated entirely, and the others subject to extreme reduction in authority and personnel.

When it comes to tyranny, don't sell the con-gress short. They purposely give their (unconstitutional) authority to the bureaucracy so they can try to hide from the consequences.
      Hang them.
"the only way we can divest ourselves of bureaucratic tyranny is to gain enough elected power" What? With the shadow government counting the votes?
I think the chance of a peaceful return to individual liberty is past.

They are a cult, they brainwash, they ignore laws, they will do anything for money and power. Rules are for the followers, not the elders of the cult. They are anti God and pro world gov. worship. They do not mind wiping out the non believers as expendable. That, is what our glorious Republic has devolved into. They use false information and set it up as the way to utopia..

I am withdrawing my support for the unconstitutional laws pretty much everywhere. Unless they point a gun at me and require instant compliance. We all should do that same. They used to call it civil disobedience, now its called domestic terrorism.

The courts arent really on our side anymore. They are leftist. If biden forces people to get vaccinated, that sets the stage for required booster shots and god knows what else.

I agree, term2. There's way too much credence given to precedence - you took the jab before, you have to take additional jabs now. Whatever happened to the notion of I was mistaken before and I'm not going to do it again?

and if I take the jab I dont have to wear the mask anymore, until now all of a sudden I still need to wear the mask (because the vaccine doesnt work?)

LOL, yeah! From the science I've seen regarding masks and C-19, they are worthless whether you get jabbed or not, but try to explain that to parishioners of the Church Of Fauci.

If a state like Virginia can pull its head out of the swamp long enough to elect three conservatives to the top offices, then all hope is not lost. My main concern is for this country to hold together long enough to reach those 2022 elections. The reaction to mandates is a major help, watching state AGs rise up with lawsuits in hand, side by side with governors who show backbone. If only republican congress and big business would as well.

BCBS of TN is STICKING to their guns.
After first saying "We can't afford to NOT vaccinate" because of our contracts with the government and the penalties.

The Injunction should have been a reason to delay it. But their answer was "Nope. We are going to stick with firing people over this, TO GET AHEAD OF IT!"

So... basically, we will trample over your rights, to get ahead of an UNLAWFUL request.

I have a friend who will make them fire her. Then file wrongful termination charges, and coercion charges.

    BTW, where is the Emergency?
Imagine a Pandemic SO BAD that we are willing to fire 30% of nurses and doctors!

To increase the cost of 'illness' care due to scarcity. Then government has an excuse to overtly
take over the 'illness' care industry completely, to solve the problem that government (and the
      AMA and insurance companies) created.
Better to boycott 'illness' insurance and use the services of the fired nurses and doctors.
Note that I don't call it "health" insurance because the goal of it is not 'health', it's illness.
Insurance companies profits increase as medical costs increase because like the gambling
palaces in Vegas, they just 'chip the pot' and parasitically steal from the 'marks.'

        We agree.
        It's the Sick Care Industry.
Imagine the Moral Hazard where Doctors are TOLD what Percentage they will be paid, not based ON Patient Satisfaction... But based on % of patients taking Rx Drugs (regardless of side-effects, and other problems).

The doctors have to make a living, and that is MUCH EASIER if you don't rock the boat or ask questions.

Of course, if they find a LIFE SAVING procedure, you can EXPECT the government to outlaw it, or make it impossible to get. (See HQC, IVM).

Further, they will publish BOGUS studies to scare doctors away from it. And call it Horse Dewormer to scare the public away!
