That's how I got through 21 years of working at a maximum security prison to enjoy the life-long Retirement Systems of Alabama pension I earned while I fall apart getting old. (I did other jobs about 10 years before and
some semi-retired jobs for a short time after that).
I was known for cracking jokes in a scary place most officers quit after 3 or 4 years. Right now I recall pulling a shift and getting a phone call from an officer on a tower I was assigned to the day before.
He said, "I just know it's you who left this note I found under the phone. I just LMAO."
