Excerpt:
"Details of AT&T Corporation’s ‘racial re-education program’ have leaked in which the company asserts “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and announces, “white people, you’re the problem.”

The documents were obtained by investigator and Critical Race Theory exposer-in-chief Christopher Rufo.

“CEO John Stankey launched the program last year and, subsequently, has told employees that private corporations such as AT&T have an “obligation to engage on this issue of racial injustice” and push for “systemic reforms in police departments across the country,” writes Rufo.

Predictably, the re-education program was launched in response to the police killing of career criminal, drug addict and arrest-resistor George Floyd.

“According to a senior employee, who agreed to speak on condition of anonymity, managers at AT&T are now assessed annually on diversity issues, with mandatory participation in programs such as discussion groups, book clubs, mentorship programs, and race reeducation exercises.”

White employees are mandated to confess their “systemic racism” and enjoyment of “white privilege” or face penalties (they’re so “privileged,” they get to enjoy one of America’s biggest corporations openly discriminating against them for their skin color).

White staffers are also asked to sign a loyalty pledge indicating their submission to the brainwashing while also vowing to ‘challenge others’ if they hear ‘hateful language’.

“If you don’t do it,” the senior employee says, “you’re [considered] a racist.”

On the first page of AT&T’s Listen Understand Act internal portal, the company encourages employees to study a resource called “White America, if you want to know who’s responsible for racism, look in the mirror.” The article claims that the United States is a “racist society” and lays out its thesis plainly: “White people, you are the problem. Regardless of how much you say you detest racism, you are the sole reason it has flourished for centuries.”"

"The author, (RACIST) Dahleen Glanton, writes that “American racism is a uniquely white trait” and that “Black people cannot be racist.” White women, she claims, “have been telling lies on black men since they were first brought to America in chains,” and, along with their white male counterparts, “enjoy the opportunities and privileges that white supremacy affords [them].”"

I'd like to see how long AT&T stayed in business if all the 'white' people cancelled their accounts! I will admit when I was, shall we say under the age of 30, it didn't dawn on me the world-wide corporation I worked for had no black office personnel at its HQ. I realized this when I asked a beautiful black student to act as a temporary fill-in receptionist in the Executive Suite where I worked. The Chairman of the Board asked his secretary who placed her there. She told him it was me. He told her to have me get rid of her. I
asked her "Why". She said, 'She's black'. I gave her my dumb look and said, 'She is? What does that matter?" She looked around, waved her arms, and went back to her office. My boss called me into his office and told me I should send the young lady back where she came from. I advised him she was one of our work students and he could do it himself or I quit. He was after all an Executive V. P. of the Corp.He disappeared and the young lady completed her day with us without knowing a thing about anything. I thanked her for helping us when we had no one to do the job that day. N

Unfortunately AT&T doesn't provide a customer support or customer relations email address for me to contact them. Instead they offer a phone number. Reading some reviews about those who have experienced their support number I don't think I'll be calling anytime soon. 2-1/2 hours waiting to speak to someone has no interest to me. I'll keep receiving their mailers and throwing them in the trash.

lots of companies are doing this, removing access to them for feedback

if the mail you get has self-addressed envelopes, send those back empty or with their stuff ripped up

I've seen anti white or more pro non-white discrimination on the job. I'm glad to be retired and not in school so I don't have to be subjected to this crap.

The Navy was rife with racist shit. I went 3 months with a black guy calling me johnny before I was told it was a racial slur by another black guy while we were out drinking. The next time I was called johnny by the guy I dropped some derogatory racist slang myself and he was ready to throw down. The amusing part is that the rest of my birthing, about 40% blacks, were aware of what I was poised to do and laughed their asses off as they shot him down. They never did let him forget it.

      Asshole's come in every color.

That's true of the state prison me dino used to work at. No, I'm not talking about inmates. They are supposed to be assholes.
I'm talking about coworkers, who were usually gone within five years, some quitting, some fewer going to the county jail in handcuffs.
Assholes are generally unhappy to the point of being surly and dirty officers tended for deflection purposes to often be saying bad stuff about other officers.
One dirty officer caught wind of my having problems with my future ex and was telling everyone, including the deputy warden, that I couldn't be trusted in cell blocks because I may "go off" on inmates.
Me dino had the satisfaction of seeing him him in handcuffs just after I arrived at work one day. Last I heard of him is that he is serving life without payroll in another prison in my state.
Just before I retired the few old-timers who remained were a fine bunch to be with, both black and white, male and female. I still enjoy bumping into any of them here and there.

You're spot on with your last statment. AJ. SSomehow its got to be possible to separate the "ass-holiness" part from from implied racism. Otherwise its condencention which is a subtle form of racism itself. Incidently, has anyone noticed that Hollywood never casts a black person as "the bad guy"? Only in "black=sploitation" films.

At another time, in a different job, I was summoned to an office where my supervisor (a black gentleman) and two Hispanic individuals were. As soon as I entered I almost shouted, 'Oh, my goodness! Is this discrimination?' They all looked stunned and in one voice shouted, 'But you are white!' I could hardly keep from laughing, but I did, and answered, 'I'm a bigger minority than any of you. My father was a half-breed American Indian and my mother was a Jew!' Shock all around! I had to escape quickly to hide my laughter at their poor little faces.

Ha, you remind me of a story a friend, who worked for the Post Office in maintenance, had a Confederate battle flag sticker inside the lid of his tool box. As he was working he put the lid up for all to see. Well, a group of black coworkers made a complaint and he was called before his supervisor who told him the flag was upsetting and he or the flag had to go. He informed them he was half Cherokee and his ancestors fought for that flag and if the white man and black man didn't like it they can all get on boats back to wherever the hell they came from (to quote his actual language wouldn't be very nice). He kept the flag and the job.

I joined the workforce in1961 and every job I held with the government, or private corporations, had some degree of discrimination against whites in favor of black advancement. I went into retail for a career, as merit, who could make the sale, was the basis for advancement.

It's "diversity" that's become the biggest barrier to minority advancement. I had an outstanding black female captain working for me who I felt could eventually wear stars, but her husband, who himself came from a wealthy background, became obsessed with the Black Power movement and did everything he could to alienate her from anyone who didn't believe as he did. I tried to convince him he was damaging her career, to no avail, and she left the Air Force.

In another assignment I had a very sharp black female sergeant I felt had a good military career in store. Unfortunately she had a drug addict brother who would only go to rehab if she urged him, and her family insisted she had to make him and his recovery a priority, even if it hurt her career. Eventually her repeated absences to get her addict brother back into rehab got in the way of her job, and I managed to get her into a job elsewhere on the base that had more flexible hours, but less opportunity for advancement. The alternative would have been to end her military service.

Those were just the cases during my military service. I had similar situations during my civilian employment, where people of color had priorities that made a regular working relationship difficult. It wasn't that they were any less talented or hard working, but their perspective on schedules and quality often made more work than was necessary.

I'm sure the diversity first crowd would tell me I was the problem, but I found I spent more time trying to help a few (because most minorities that I worked with were as competent or better than their white counterparts) who didn't want to get out of their comfort zone. The idea of "white privilege" obviously came from an academic setting, where the creators had never worked a real job in their lives. I think if any of them had to slog through snake infested swamps or work 12 to 20 hour shifts as I did would quickly realize it wasn't a privilege.

ATT owns CNN and allows CNN's propaganda shenanigans. That was enough for me.
Second, why does ATT present a lily-white "Lily" to market their products? "Lily"(white) should be abandoned and someone (anyone) of color put in that position.
Why does ATT covet the revenue derived from white people? Wouldn't that be tainted/racist money? We as a society demand our political class to return contributions from dirty donors. Why shouldn't we expect ATT to return their "white people" revenue?
That all being said. I turned away from ATT years ago. Don't need them
