It is apparent that Roberts is an activist, one which may have ominous ties to Epstein and his sex slave dealings.
To not comprehend Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness to extend Life to a forming child with a beating heart is disgusting..par for the course with the loathsome creatures preying on children. Chief justice? More like chief jackass.

    I do believe Texas States' Rights include 'Health". The Courts should mind their own business. My cousin, in ancient years, had to carry a 7 month pregnancy to completion with an dead fetus! Can you imagine her pain at carrying a dead child 2 more months? That's archaic now! I am Pro-Life but that includes the life of the mother.

      I am Pro-Life as well, and I also agree with the exception being the life of the mother; the mother being given the choice if the pregnancy endangers her life. Abortion should never be used as a form contraception. There are far too many options readily available pre and post coitus to conclude that people, had they tried, could have avoided pregnancy. I'll admit no contraceptive is a 100% guarantee, but then the choice to have sex, take the risk, is entirely on the individuals.

      Carrying a dead fetus is absolutely wrong. If it were determined the fetus had died it should have been removed. The state was way out of line.

      And no, I don't think tax dollars should be spent on contraception or abortion.

        I totally agree with everything you said. Some people do seem to think abortions are a form of birth control. I ran a medical clinic long enough to see this. My clinic didn't do birth control or OB/GYN.

      Also I grew up in an era when people believed only bad girls got pregnant! Florence Crittenden said, 'Bad girls don't get pregnant!' Many good girls felt they couldn't face the disgrace of pregnancy and they submitted regretfully to abortions!

        My BFF forever friend, now deceased, had an abortion because she had the Measles and the stupid doctors told her the child would be deaf, dumb, and blind! Her mother-in-law hated her for that (MIL was a rigid Baptist) and never let her forget the AB.

          My favorite guy friend, graduated from the Air Force Academy, married a lovely girl, and had 2 sons. She was carrying a baby, got the measles, had the child and it was very damaged. He sent both of his sons to Medical School so they would be able to care for their little sister. They adored their father! He died from appendicitis very early. N
