I was hoping there would begin to be resources to help the people taking a strong position on their own freedom.

The ability for an administration to fundamentally punish people who disagree, and take the livelihood from the opposing party is an absolutely astonishing abuse of power.

A lab full of un-vaxed people!

Should going into a room that has only vaxed people, or only un-vaxed people, be a concern?

The facts:
The vax in question has technical characteristics. These are-

-It suppresses symptoms of the virus.
-It does not prevent or even limit transmission. Measurements have been done, vaxed people carry higher viral loads than do infected unvaxed people.
This means that if an unvaxed person is a carrier, it may show and another person can avoid them by looking for symptoms. If a vaxed person is a carrier, another person gets fewer warning signals.

Other facts:
Unsocial distancing of 6 feet is ineffective at reducing transmission.
Wearing masks short of (about) N95 is likewise ineffective.
A non-sterilizing vax permits faster mutation development.

Conclusion, this applies whether you yourself are vaxed or unvaxed, you are safer in the company of un-vaxed people than with vaxed.

However, there is a major benefit to being in the company of vaxed people if you yourself are also vaxed, it is the great feeling of self-congratulations you all communicate with each other about being clever, noble, doing the right thing, un-selfish, and righteous (actually- self-righteous). Virtue signalling is a great immunizer against facts.

Being a member of a jerk circle is no protection against reality.

Gab is not a lab. It is a social media site. The job board is like a help wanted ad. You may not care but Quid pro Joe is pressuring the countries businesses to fire people who refuse to turn over their health to technocrats like Fauci or Gates.
Millions will be out of work. Those folks prefer to take care of themselves. Hence the Job board.

A lab full of unvaccinated people sounds like the last place I'd want to spend time. It's not something I have to deal with because I work in biotech and we got our shots in February. I would not have predicted the anti-vax response nor the weird anti-anti-vax backlash. The disease generally isn't that severe for this level of paranoia. I know it's severe if you get a severe case, but that's true for all rare perils. So I get the backlash. At the same time if I had reason to go spend time at a lab or office with anti-vax leanings, I'd rather do that meeting remotely.
