The biker and the hiker made me laugh outloud. Thanks. And the 50's...remember rubber gun wars, boys against the girls? If we saw our kids with one of those we would run screaming into the yard! We thought fun was riding our horses down the road as fast as we could. My good Quarter Horse Pancho always won! N

I didn't think you could outdo yourself but I was wrong. Thursday brought me out of my chair. Fred ate his breakfast and went upstairs and flopped on my bed and stayed there for 3 hours. I finally got him up and we went outside where he was very rude to one of the neighbor's dogs! He was up and bouncing this a.m. N

The 1970's reminds me of me dino's childhood during the 1950's. My bike with a school book basket up front was so tough that I could pedal it as hard as I could before throwing myself into a pile of pine straw, allowing my bike to go crashing across the pavement of a street in Dothan, Alabama. I'd do it bareheaded again, again and again. You could not find so much as a scratch on that bike. And the basket never got bent. That bike was SOLD AMERICAN!
Hmm, and I thought Zucker reminded me of somebody. Now I know who. Now me dino wonders if he was beamed down from a starship making a junk dump.
