We've already learned how willing they are to rig national elections. Senile Candidate Joe even bragged about the election being the biggest fraud in American history.
How'd Virginia slip past them and almost New Jersey? Maybe they just became to full of themselves. That now a lesson learned? Such possibilities are scary.

Democrats ARE desperate and will try ANYTHING to stay in power. Their problem is that their ideology simply doesnt work in the real world. The more they are in power, the worse the results are. I think biden was in a sense a godsend for freedom loving people. Two years of his policies (or the people who manipulate him), and many people will just want to go away from those policies from a practical standpoint.

I am not sur how my joke brought out this response but I agree that there is little difference from a D-politician and a R-politician. They are both statists, big spenders and just offer different excuses. Some, however, are also evil, thieves and want-to-be tyrants that it their heads were in a wooden box, we would all be better off.

What I find interesting is that only Van Jones of the left wing of the party seems to grasp what this election means for the near term future of the party. All the talking heads and politicians who are even willing to talk about it seem convinced that if they just do a more convincing job of pushing the same agenda soundly rejected by Virginia voters things will come their way. Some of the MSM are trying to get their left wing brethren to wake up, but it seems they will be shouted down or told to shut up and keep pushing the same line of propaganda.

What keeps coming up, uncomfortably, in my mind is what strategy the extremist wing of the Democrat party will employ to prevent defeat in 2022. The possibility that keeps popping up is a declaration of an "emergency" that they think will give them the excuse to delay the elections. It could be a new health emergency, based on the idea that some new variant of COVID, or even an entirely new virus, will constitute a danger to poll workers. It could also be a claim that domestic terrorists have threatened violence to prevent another "cooked" election. The domestic terrorists will of course be identified as fanatic Trump supporters. I sincerely hope I'm wrong about just how desperate the Democrats are, but with their dream of an unobstructed authoritarian regime tantalizingly within reach it seems all too possible.
