Once a mind is "woke" the end of rational, logical thought has settled in, never to rise again.. There is no use expending our precious, finite energy on a corpse. Let them go their lockstep way and we will do our best to live our lives as gray people, unseen, unnoticed, unremarkable--except to those precious few who fly below the radar as we do. Fair enough, but most people don't want to open their eyes. It doesn't matter how many times you show someone something that they don't want to see, they aren't going to see it. At some point we need to get past the point of showing people, and move on with or without them. Time to let them figure it out or not, time is no longer on our side.

Knowing is a pretty important half of the battle and the greatest scourge of our nation is abject ignorance. Yes, knowledge should impel us to action as well but many people still have to have their eyes opened to the fact that the wrecking ball exists. One step at a time.

OK, so now what? Changes nothing. Still happening. Knowing is only half the battle... or so they tell me. The wrecking ball is far easier and faster to wield than other construction equipment. Building take time, planning, resources, and coordinated effort. Where is the EFFECTIVE push back? Until I see that, every thing else is just crying in our collective beer.
