Kyle Rittenhouse case: there should be an immediate acquittal

Kyle is an unwitting political pawn . He should be lauded as a hero. An investigation should look into all of the communications regarding this legal self-defense somehow determined to be a crime between the DA and the Kenosha law enforcement or any other federal agency or officials who discussed the case with them.

There absolutely should be. It should be followed immediately by defamation lawsuits against the MSM and the City/State for violating his rights and illegally arresting him without supporting evidence. Prosecuting lawyers should be disbarred.

Me dino came to the conclusion that Rittenhoiuse never should have been arrested for watching a video that clearly showed Kyle was forced to shoot all three attackers in in self defense.
Think the only shot Antifa survivor of 3 only said "Correct" for seeing the same video I did. Why ad perjury to perhaps a future charge of attempted murder?

I agree that MSNBC et al should be filed lawsuits for defamation of character. Maybe 10 million apiece will get their attention. But then its not the :"commentators" money so they don't give a sh*t. A long time ago I learned "if you are wrong, promptly admit it." Not so much the lame stream media.

As I recall, Nick Sandmann was awarded a significant sum in his case against the MSM / WaPo?
I venture that Kyle and his attorney(s) could seek similar damages.

In the larger picture -- I see a battle of between competent, productive, high-value individuals and that of a sum-of-zeroes (punks).

Maybe that lawsuit could include those prosecutors receiving a deadly weapon (skateboard) where the sun don't shine. But here's an odd thought... When the prosecution keeps adding evidence that Kyle acted in self defense, maybe they finally got it through their heads that he's innocent and the only way to make things right is to lose the case through total honesty. What a hoot :)

On the most serious charges, involving the killing and wounding of those who threatened him, yes.

On the charge of "possession of a weapon while under age," that should be a Constitutional challenge on whether that constitutes an infringement on the right to keep and bear arms.

Dan Bondgino is back on the radio at noon. He can’t believe the incompetence of the prosecutor. Even I know that you never ask a question that you don’t know the answer to.

    Yeah, what a CRIMINAL.

Notice how he FORCED that guy to HIT him with a skate board.

And TRICKED the other guy to run after him, drawing his weapon, before even seeing him.

And the NERVE of him to prevent a GAS STATION from being lit on fire. No respect for some peoples hard fought efforts to use fire to cleanse their city of EVIL Gas Stations...

If Only George Soros could come in, and back PROSECUTORS to go after people like this, and AVOID CHARGING THOUSANDS of Rioters...
    So we can FIX things...

Speaking of FIXing... They are good at. We THOUGHT there was potential voter fraud going on. They FIXed that. Over 50% now BELIEVE there was Voter Fraud in the last election.

Count our blessings... With the help of the Media, they are ALL OVER it...

Now, Let's Go Gavin! (Oh, did the Booster leave a mark? Don't worry, if they could Hide Byden's Mental status from 1/2 of America... A little Guille Barre Syndrome should be easy to cover up)
